I feel like blogging, but then I took an arrow to the knee.
After a month’s break to prepare for finals and whatnot, I consider myself ready to be a fledgling blogger again.
Then all the games poured in. Excuse the overused joke of a title. The mandatory status update post.
What has happened?
- League of Legends (man, this game is so addictinggggggggggggggggggggg. Ezreal/GP I love you guys.) + friend = good bye, sweet time.
- Steam sales (missed Portal 2 at 10$. F***.)
- FUS RO DAH
- Riichi mahjong (onling japanese mahjong game finally removed IP block, fun times ensue) + I must watch Saki
- Other various distractions
- Time = lost
- Faith in this season < motivation < play ALL the games!
- Probably doomed for all exams
Serving as good excuses for
- Not catching up on a flooding backlog
- Not blogging
- Missing many a good SCCSAV session
Nevertheless, time to salvage up the old backlog and see if I can make anything out of it.

Oh man, lately I’ve been feeling the same pressures as you, preventing me from blogging. Mostly schoolwork taking up a lot of my extra time, though, so I’ve got a somewhat legitimate reason. Although this hasn’t barred things like:
-KILLING DRAGONS WIT MAH VOICE (<—yes I am addicted)
-already existing (monstrous) backlog when I emerged from Summer 2011
-other circumstances (volunteer job, extracurriculars, etc.)
Ok, I admit it. My backlog would be slashed almost in half if I never heard about Skyrim. But it's too late.
And even if you are too busy carrying the team to victory, or killing dragons, or playing whatever mahjong, try to make an SCCSAV session! they are great fun, and I think a few new ones have appeared recently. Anyway, I try to (pretend) to be social. The effectiveness of my efforts are questionable at best.
I seem antisocial in SCCSAV but I am not
Just shy.
Somehow, I managed to continue blogging admits the piles of work and having to deal with real life problems of my mother’s surgery to remove Stage I cancer. It’s tough, but I can’t imagine what will happen after Christmas with all these games. I hope I don’t end up getting addicted to 3DS games and Idolmaster 2 to the point where my blogging activity declines…
Nah, that won’t happen. I have self control because I enjoy blogging about stuff. But don’t rush yourself… take your time and the motivation to blog will come back.
Lol 3DS games. Hurry out and come out already, Fire Emblem 3DS…and lucky with the Idolmaster 2. I still need to play that one day…without Jupiter, of course.
I’ll see how it goes.
Juuuupiter is part of the story mode in the second game… If you want to avoid them, you have to play the first game, most namely the SP series that are made for the Playstation Portable…
Meh, I’ll cope with Jupiter somehow. Flowing Hibiki hair yeahhhhh
I bought a few games during the sale and I really wanna play them. At least I finished Limbo and Mirror’s Edge. Blogging is harder than I thought! I have to start writing posts beforehand. Oh, and soon 12 days of Christmas. God god god.
Bastion is pretty good too! Worth the 5$.
“Probably doomed for all exams.”
Oh god, me too.
I have been on a manga reading binge though.
I survived I think. I hate when people say they fail and get like 84% though. IN UNI. Like asdf &$&(@!@$$.
If you didn’t get Portal 2 yesterday… you missed out on $7.50 Portal 2.
Got it and finished
