Never to late to watch Kanon when KyoAni is behind it

It was great when it was first released, then KyoAni made it even better.

Simple question about the post: Is it just me or did you post everything twice? Except for the introduction text?

Or am I seeing double?

I agree though, it is hard to describe Kanon with words since you have to experience it yourself to get a grip on everything.

I took a while to watch Kanon, as well — it’s the last of KyoAni’s major works I saw, actually. (Well, I guess I shouldn’t count Lucky Star, since I finished only half of that.) Really liked it a lot; didn’t connect to it as much as Clannad, because that series (particularly the second half of After Story) deals with stories elements that resonate more with me, but I can’t fault Kanon too much for that.

I liked Kanon when I saw it way back, but when I looked at the VN the graphics were a bit rough.

Key seems to make stuff with endings I don’t really like, but they still have good stories. This reminds me that I still have to go finish watching Clannad After Story.

Kanon is one of my top anime, too. But I liked Clannad After Story better. It had stronger impact on me, and made me burst into tears, like I hadn’t for a long time.

Yes, Yuuichi is like a mixture of Tomoya and Kyon, I think. He’s got Tomoya’s jokeful aspect, and Kyon’s sarcasm.

Brings back nice memories, and god, I so loved Ayu running in the snow ED. XD It makes sense that Kanon was my #4 series of ‘07 (technically 06).
