Saki 2 – Saki joins the party!

Excuse me if my posts are a bit short (or maybe if you want to put it bluntly, crappy) for a while, just trying to catch up after modding the new theme and having a good Easter break =3

ED: Netsuretsu Kangei Wonderland Series by Kana Ueda, Ami Koshimizu, Rie Kugimiya, Ryoko Shiraishi and Shizuka Itou

Summary: So Saki is put up with the challenge of winning instead of getting plus-minus zero in another match, and the club president manages to pull a trick on Saki so she wins, even though Nodoka was leading by a huge margin. Nodoka gets angry and leaves, and Saki follows, and tells Nodoka about how she was happy to play with her. Nodoka gets upset again and tells Saki how deep her love for mahjong is, and that Saki said she didn’t even like mahjong, yet she still beat her. Nodoka tells Saki that she should get serious, since there are people even harder than her in the nationals. Saki appears the next day and officially joins the mahjong club (queue “Saki has joined the party! and FF music), wanting to get into the nationals as well as wanting to play with Nodoka more.

Thoughts: Well, again with the Saki/Nodoka relationship as well as the fanservice. However, that isn’t stopping me from watching the series. It’s still quite enjoyable and hasn’t bored me yet. Plus I want to learn more about mahjong now. As long as there are epic mahjong playing and cute Yuuki action, I’m in.]
