She looks real enough…

Summary:
I was surprised and happy to see that instead of moving right into introducing the other likely ghost, Kaya, we get to spend another day with Hajime and Arashi. After Hajime finishes work on his “summer project,” he and Arashi go to work at the café. A bunch of guys hit on Arashi and she deftly gives them the slip, not falling for the, “Let’s go get some tea” line. Arashi takes Hajime back to 1945 to just before a bombing takes place so they can save a boy and his father from an impending bombing. Arashi does so by stealing the man’s fishing rod forcing them to stay home, which of course the boy doesn’t. When Arashi saves the boy and is confronted with her previous knowledge of the bombing, the guy accuses her of being a spy, and she poofs back to the present with Hajime.
Impressions:
Hey, something happened! It was actually nice to have some relationship development with Arashi and Hajime. Arashi seems to want to go back in time to right things that happened in the past, which I find kind of odd, knowing that the space/time continuum can get really messed up if you change the past. I can’t make sense of the previews at all, so maybe Kaya’s introduction is next time. Oh, and silly me for not realizing that Arashi has the same VA as Hayate from Hayate no Gotoku.
I still want to know what the deal is with the dude that is always asking for salt. I go to sleep with “Sho, Kudasai” in my head.
