Is this your wang, sir?
ED: “Futuristic Imagination” by School Food Punishment

Summary:
Morimi Saki splits from her travel group to go to Washington D.C. since she always believed it was the center of the universe. She arrives at the White House, and decides that she wants to throw a coin in the White House Fountain for good luck. Try as she might, it’s a wee bit far from the fence. Much to her chagrin she doesn’t have the strength to make it to the fountain. She’s also now captured the attention of two police officers and likely the entire Department of Homeland Security. Good thing there’s a naked countryman hanging out, literally, waiting to help her out. Never mind that he’s naked and waving a gun around. So who’s keeping score? Just to catch up, Police, DHS, and now the FBI, and the ATF are on their way. Ah, anime, what would we do without you. Clever trickery nets the naked hero a reprieve and Saki’s coat, scarf and hat. Now partially clothed man is running around the city. Decides to make a phone call on the cell phone he’s holding. In a nutshell they tell him they’ve wiped his memories and that he should go “home”.
Saki realizes that her passport and wallet were in her coat, so she makes chase after naked man. Naked man manages to even convince a total stranger to give up his pants for him (He just goes off in his whitey tighties, all happy, it was so weird). Naked man gets home and finds about six passports to pick from Jason Bourne style. He settles on Takizawa Akira. Saki finds Akira and they make haste to the airport to back to Japan. After a run-in with a lady cop who has a fetish for Akira’s wang, they head to the airport only to find a news wall showing Japan has been hit by missiles.
Impressions:
If there was anyone wondering what anime was the one to watch this spring, it’s this one. We all knew it, and now that we’ve all watched it, we’ve confirmed it. Umino Chika’s character designs are really nice, and have a harder line than the Honey and Clover anime had. The voice acting was top notch, and even the English speaking parts spared no expense. The opening sets the mood very nicely, and ending is just a fun wrap up, that evokes similarities to the openings of Honey and Clover. A solid first episode for what should be a great series. I just hope this is not a setup for disappointment.

I couldn’t believe that a guy streaking on the streets was safe. This show was one I didn’t expect for any of that. I felt like washing my eyes out but as it was censored, it made it slightly better. Just ever so slightly…
@Aizen: Glad you didn’t watch Queen’s Blade, then? XD
I really like Higashi no Eden, though I keep forgetting whether it’s East of the Eden or Eden of the East. >.> (I think it’s the latter..) I thought the OP and ED were pretty funky! The ep itself was clean and amusing — definitely following this one.
